What are my shipping & delivery options?

We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs and available methods are shown at checkout before you complete payment.

Shipping Rates (Worldwide)

Standard Shipping — FREE
Transit time: 8–15 business days (Mon–Fri)

Expedited Shipping — $19.95
Transit time: 2–8 business days (Mon–Fri)

Important: Transit time is the time your package is in shipping after it leaves our facility. It does not include order handling/processing time.

Order Cutoff Time and Processing Time

Our order cutoff time is 7:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00). Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days (Monday through Friday). During this time, we confirm the order, prepare the items, complete packing and quality checks, and arrange shipment.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

The estimated total delivery time includes both order processing time and shipping transit time. Total delivery time will vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated total delivery time = Processing time (2 to 4 business days) + Shipping transit time based on the selected delivery method.

International Shipping

ND City ships worldwide. Delivery availability may vary depending on the destination country or region.
