Refund policy

At ND CITY, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something is not right with your order, we offer a clear 30-day return and exchange policy for eligible items.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in new and unused condition, with original tags attached and original packaging included where applicable. Items that have been worn, washed, used, damaged after delivery, or returned without tags or packaging may not be eligible for return.

Exchanges

ND CITY also accepts exchange requests within 30 days of delivery, including requests for a different size or color, subject to product availability.

Exchange items must be returned in unused condition with original tags and packaging intact. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the replacement item will be shipped if available.

Refund Processing

After your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation by email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging their own return shipping label and covering return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective, or we shipped the wrong item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt or tracking number until the return has been completed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. In approved cases, ND CITY will cover the return shipping cost. You may then choose either a replacement item, if available, or a full refund.

Restocking Fees

ND CITY does not charge restocking fees for approved returns.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please contact our support team and include your order number, the item or items you would like to return or exchange, and the reason for your request. If the item is damaged or defective, please also include photos.
